<p>De cateva zile imi sta gandul la un milk shake de banane. Cum am prins cateva banane la reducere, am zis ca acum e momentul pentru un milk shake.<br />

Ingrediente pentru 2 portii:</p>
<ul>
<li><em> 2 banane</em></li>
<li><em> 500 ml lapte</em></li>
<li><em> 2-3 pliculete zahar vanilat</em></li>
<li><em> 1 lingurita de scortisoara</em></li>
</ul>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<ul>
<li> Se decojesc bananele, se adauga intr-un blender si se amesteca cu zaharul vanilat si praful de scortisoara.</li>
<li> Dupa aproximativ 1 minut se adauga laptele si se amesteca pana se obtine un amestec omogen.</li>
<li> Inainte de consum, recomand sa tineti shake-ul la frigider pentru cel putin 30 minute.</li>
</ul>
<p>Mod de servire:<br />
Shake-ul se serveste in pahare inalte, cu un pai si in rest.. intervine imaginatia voastra.</p>
